BAKER, Patrick Allan
October 17, 1971—April 21, 2005. Pat Baker lived with a zest for life that was contagious to all who knew him. He lived a life of great adventure, enjoying many extreme sports such as snowboarding, kayaking, and deep sea diving. He grew up with a love of nature that kept him forever young and free-spirited; enjoying life to the fullest extent possible. We lost our beloved Pat in a tragic scuba diving accident that claimed his life, long before we were ready to let him go. He is survived by his parents: Denise and Joe Baker, brother and sister-in-law: Ian and Erin (McKenna), niece and nephew: Emma and Jacob, grandparents: Eric and Marg Baker, John and Toni Mather; and many other relatives and friends too numerous to mention by name. A Celebration of Life was held at Christ the King Catholic Church in Courtenay at 1:00 P.M. Thursday, April 28, 2005. Wake followed at Fallen Alders 3595 Royston Rd. In lieu of flowers, donations to Mt. Cain Society would be appreciated. Arrangements in care of Everden Rust Funeral Services (250) 493-4112.
