It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our lovely mother, Phyllis Penney, at Gateby on December 15, 2017 at the age of 96.
She will be lovingly remembered by her son Bryan, her daughter Dorothy Lindley, her grandchildren Aden, Shawn and Danita. She was predeceased by her husband, Aubrey.
Phyllis lived in Lavington and Vernon nearly all her life and was a volunteer and was a member of various clubs and associations. She enjoyed her daily coffee at the A&W for many years.
Phyllis was known for her kindness, sweetness and patience.
We will miss you forever mom, but will treasure every minute we had with you. The family would like to thank the Staff at Gateby for their many years of caring for Mom.
Flowers are gratefully declined. A Celebration of Life will be held in the spring of 2018.
