Ralph Duncan Lockhart

1923 – 2013

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Ralph on December 22, 2013 in Vernon, BC, born January 25, 1923 in Armstrong, BC.

Ralph was born in Armstrong and lived there his whole life. He was a truck driver and hauled logs for many years. After retiring, he enjoyed wood working and volunteering at the local museum.

Ralph will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 66 years: Jean Lockhart; daughters: Lynne Wright of Quesnel, BC, Anne (Bert) Chambers of Fairfax, MB, Kathleen (Richard) Clelland of Osoyoos, BC, Tannis (Wayne) Jones of Armstrong, BC; son: Ross (Anne) of Armstrong, BC; sister: Hazel Demers of Kamloops, BC.

He is predeceased by his son Garth and five siblings.

Those wishing to do so may make a memorial donation to the Armstrong Spallumcheen Museum (PO Box 308, Armstrong, BC V0E 1B0) or Clean Water for Haiti (CWH Foundation, PO Box Box 51, Armstrong, BC V0E 1B0).

A Celebration of Life will be held for Ralph at 1:30 p.m. on Friday, January 3, 2014 at Zion United Church (2315 Pleasant Valley Road, Armstrong, BC). Expressions of sympathy may be forwarded to the family at www.MyAlternatives.ca
