It is with heartfelt sadness that we announce the passing of our dad, grandpa and brother Reinhard (Reiny) Hartwig on October 11, 2024, in Enderby, BC. He was born on April 14, 1949, in Hamburg, Germany.
Reiny worked in the glass industry at an early age and was proud to display various bottles he was involved with producing. He loved to travel and go fishing in his spare time. Reiny had a full life with many friends. Many laughs and memories were made that our hearts will carry forever.
He is survived by his children Bret and Lisa, and 2 grandchildren, brothers Harry and Daniel, as well as his sisters Doris and Sarah. Reiny was predeceased by his parents Arnold and Eugenia Hartwig as well as his brother Michael Hartwig.
A private celebration of life will be held in the near future.
