Roy leaves behind his wife Marion of 63 years, his sister Mary Ellen, children Helen, Ann (Vern), Kathy, Trent, Heather (Mark), Lisa (Guy), 14 grandchildren, numerous great-grandchildren and also great-great grandchildren as well as many nieces and nephews.
Roy was born in Boundary Bay, BC and lived in the lower mainland for over 40 years before moving to the Okanagan where he resided in Armstrong and Mara before settling in Vernon. He had a great love of nature, gardening and taught the values of hard work.
A big thank you to the staff at Coldstream Meadows. A small private family service was held.
Roy touched the lives of everyone he met. He will be greatly missed by all.
