LYNN, ROBERT WILLIAM

Surrounded by his loving family, Robert (Bob) William Lynn, aged 69, passed away Tuesday, May 8th, 2007 at Vernon Jubilee Hospital. Born in Montreal, Quebec, January 18th, 1938, Bob resided 24 years in Fruitvale, B.C. and the last 10 years in Vernon where he really enjoyed his retirement. Cherishing his memories are his loving wife of 45 years, Carol; daughter and son-in-law, Catherine and Wayne Harder; son and daughter in-law, Michael and Monique Lynn. Lovingly remembering Papa are his grandchildren: Brennan, Liam, Jared and Morgan. Bob is further survived by his sister and brother-in-law Patricia and Don Baron. Family, friends and serving his community as a volunteer were his passions. Bob was a railroad enthusiast and spent many happy hours with his train buddies pursuing this hobby. A private family service was held. A Celebration of Life Tea will be held Saturday, May 12th, 2007 between 2:00 – 4:00 P.M. at the Schubert Centre, 3505 – 30th Avenue. Vernon, B.C.
