In Loving Memory ~
It is with deep sadness that we say goodbye to our precious Russ at the age of 89. He passed away peacefully at Vernon Hospice with family members by his side.
He was a true family man his family meant the world to him.
He leaves behind his loving wife of 69 years, Sheila Whitty, daughters: Marilyn (Rick) Anaka, Sandra Whitty, grandchildren: Nadine (Jason) Laronde, Brad DeVries (Larissa Baga), Randy (Shaunna) DeVries, and 7 great grandchildren.
Russ enjoyed all sports, was an avid gardener and spent the last few decades wintering in Yuma with Sheila.
The family would like to express their gratitude to Dr. Waldron for the great care and guidance he gave Russ and the family.
He was predeceased by his eldest daughter Deborah Frigon.
The family will have a Celebration of Life at a later date.
