SHARON DOREEN (MITTON) HARDER

We regret to announce the passing of Sharon Doreen (Mitton) Harder in Salmon Arm, October 11, 2004, after a brief but courageous battle with cancer. She was born in Westlock, AB, in 1949 and lived formerly in Vernon and Kamloops before moving to Salmon Arm. She is survived by husband Hank, of Salmon Arm, mother Edna Mitton of Kamloops, sister, Connie (Patrick) Yawney of Vernon, brother Wayne(Joanne) of Kamloops. She was the beloved aunt of five nephews, Craig, Glenn & Dean Yawney of Vernon, and Jeffrey and Steven Mitton of Kamloops, She is also survived by 2 great nieces and 4 great nephews, 3 stepchildren and 6 step grandchildren. Sharon loved crafts and lovingly knitted many gifts for her family. She spent the last few years working on the family genealogy and putting together memorabilia for the family tree. She will be greatly missed by family and friends.
