Stanley passed away peacefully in Hospice House on Sunday, January 29th, 2012 at the age of 87 years. He will be remembered by his loving wife, Mary, of 62 years; two sons, David and Tony; two daughters, Maria and Violet; numerous family members and many dear friends. Stanley was predeceased by six brothers, six sisters, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Stanley and Mary retired to Procter, BC and moved to Vernon in 2001.
Stanley was a veteran of WW2 having served with the armed services for twenty-five years. He also served as a peace keeper in Egypt and was a recipient of numerous medals of honour.
Cremation. In keeping with Stanley’s wishes, there will not be a memorial service.
