On September 4, 2018, Mrs. Stella Brockhouse of Vernon, BC passed away at the age of 90 years. She is survived by her sons Michael of Calgary and Randy of Winnipeg, daughter, Kathy (Keith) Penhall of Winnipeg; 2 brothers & 1 sister, Joseph Yewchin of Surrey, B.C., Olga (Robert) Dowling of Jasper, & Roman (Sue) Jewczy of Waterloo, Ontario, as well as numerous nieces and nephews and great-nieces and nephews. Pre-deceased by her parents, loving husband Gordon, daughter Carol Anne, brother Alan and sister Anne.

Divine Liturgy & Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, September 22 at 10:30 am. at St. James Catholic Church, Vernon. Reverend Father Peter Nguyen officiating, with a private interment at a later date. If desired, donations may be made in mom's memory to the Vernon Jubilee Hospital.
