Steve was born on March 10th, 1950 in Ashton, England and passed away suddenly on Monday, May 12th, 2023 in the Vernon Jubilee Hospital at the age of 73 years.
Steve was a bold and loving brother, uncle and friend who truly cared for everyone in his life. He will be dearly remembered and missed by his son, Steven Eric Hlynski; one sister, Natalie (Les); one niece, Christina; two nephews, Gerry and Richard; his great-niece, Sydney and great-nephew, Dani.
Steve was preceded in death by his parents, Katherine in October, 1972 and Ivan in March, 2015.
A private family Graveside Service will take place in the Pleasant Valley Cemetery on Friday, June 23rd, 2023 followed by a Celebration of Steve's Life at 11am at Emmanuel Baptist Church, 3412-15th Avenue, which is open for anyone who would like to attend.
