It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Steve Melnichuk.
He is survived by his two sisters Elsie Burt and Helen Gilmour, 2 nieces Cheryl Simpkins and Susan Oshanek and nephew Kent Burt.
He was predeceased by his two brothers Walter and Tim.
Steve was born in Pelly, SK and moved to Winfield with his family in 1947. He loved the outdoors and chose forestry as his career. He worked in northern BC before moving to the Vernon area in the 70's where he worked for Tolko Industries until his retirement.
As per Steve's wishes there will be no service held.
