Terrance “Terry” Denver Kineshanko, age 59, owner and operator of Kineshanko Logging Ltd., died suddenly in Victoria, BC on Thursday May 4th, 2006
Terry was born on April 26, 1947 to Mavis and Paul Kineshanko in Viceroy Sask. He moved to the North Okanagan in his first year of life. He lived in Kingfisher, Enderby, Lumby and Vernon where he graduated from VSS in 1967.
He fell in love with his wife, Joanne of 37 years. They moved to Lumby with their two oldest children in 1972. He and Joanne bought a home in Lumby where they lived and loved for the past 34 years.
Terry was a devoted family man. He was happiest in the outdoors fishing or hunting.
Terry will be forever remembered by his loving wife and best friend Joanne and their four children and eight grandchildren: Jodi (Dwayne) Karly, Nik and Matt; Terry(Amber); Jon (Sherry) Payton, Tage and Brooklyn: Jeff (Dawne) Emily and Owen and by his mother Mavis Kineshanko, and by his brothers Bryan (Michelle) Kineshanko, Les (Susan) Kineshanko, Grant Kineshanko, and sister-in-law Margaret Kineshanko.
He was predeceased by his Father, Paul Kineshanko in 1982 and his by his older brother Bruce Kineshanko in 2005.
Terry was a member of the Interior Logging Association for over 25 years. He was a board member of the ILA for 10 years with 3 of those as Chairman.
