Thelma Rose Moslin (nee Arcand) was born on January 1st, 1925 in North Battleford, Saskatchewan and passed away in the Polson Multi-Level Unit on May 13th, 2016 at the age of 91 years.
Thelma will be lovingly remembered by her children, Brian (Lynn) Doling, Judy (Jim) Burns, Rick (Anne Rideout) Doling and Laurie (Don) Aoki, all of Vernon, B.C. and Tricia (Vic) Hooper of Trinity Valley, B.C.; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and extended family members. She was preceded in death by her first husband, James Doling on July 14th, 1955; her second husband, Eric Johnathon Moslin on November 4th, 2003; a daughter-in-law, Billie Ann Doling on February 26th, 2002; three brothers and one sister.
Cremation preceded a Celebration Of Thelma’s Life which will be held at Bethel Funeral Chapel on Thursday, May 26th, 2016 at 11:00 A.M. with Mr. Joel Haberstock officiating. A Reception will follow in the Bethel Tea Room. Thelma will be taken to the Pleasant Valley Cemetery at the conclusion of the Reception, where she will be laid to rest next to her beloved husband, Eric.
As an expression of sympathy, those who wish to do so may send donations in memory of Thelma to the charity of their choice.
We, Thelma’s family, wish to extend our special thanks to Dr. Marius Aucamp, the nurses and staff at Sunshine Valley – Polson Multi-Level Unit, Pathway To Home and the E.A.S.T. Program at Gateby as well as Carrington Place for the outstanding care and compassion you all showed to our Mother.
God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to know the difference.
