In Loving Memory of Wayne Francks, a young 80-year lifetime resident of Vernon British Columbia, passed away peacefully in Vernon Hospice November 9, 2017.

Wayne, you will always be in our hearts with no shortage of wonderful memories of all the great times spent together. You treasured your wife and there was nothing you would not do for her and her for you. You two were inseparable, and compacted your 61 years of marriage together into an enjoyable adventure envied by all. You were an amazing husband, father and grandfather, friend and compassionate human being!

You are to us: loving, courageous, unforgettable, faithful, witty, funny, humorous, a joker, story teller, a character with character, loyal, family first. Dedicated, positive, one of a kind, hero to all, patient forgiving, creative, irreplaceable, resourceful and ingenious, non-judgemental, friendly and welcoming. A guardian, teacher, craftsman and Bond-O specialist, ice cream connoisseur, entertainer and fun loving.

He is survived by his loving dedicated wife Grace, 3 children - Dwayne (Karina), Cheryl (Mark) and Darren (Sergio), and 3 grandchildren - Brandon (Emily), Connor (Laura) and Kyleigh (Alex), sister Wendy (Mike) and sister in-law Jani.

To respect Wayne's wishes there will be no funeral or celebration of life.

In lieu of flowers the family would be most grateful if you could kindly donate to the Vernon Jubilee Hospital - Intensive Care/Cardiac Unit. They showed tremendous kindness to Wayne and his family during his care. LINK: www.vjhfoundation.org/ways-to-give/donate/

You will never be forgotten, but you will always be missed! We love you and miss you so much already. Rest in Peace.
