January 18, 1957 - June 25, 2022
On June 25, 2022, at age 65 Bill Makar passed away in Enderby, B.C. It is with deep sadness that our family shares the news of Bill's long struggle with cancer.
Born in Calgary and finished high school in Vernon, B.C. Bill worked with his father for many years after buying Johnsons TV.
After his fathers death, the name was changed to High Tech Electronics.
Bill enjoyed taking his family camping and fishing every weekend. His dream car was his 1968 Shelby Cobra which won him many trophies at car shows.
Bill was predeceased by his father Stan and his older brother, Stan.
He is survived by (Kim) and sons (Shaun and Cody) his mother (Shirley) his sister (Betty and Murray) his brother (Terry and Karen) nephews (Casey, Curtis and Christopher) niece (Elisha) and grandchild Mya.
In honour of Bill's memory, donations can be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
