I went to Vernon city hall to complain about a campsite, with campfire, on Kin Beach.
City hall directed me to its bylaw department. They in turn gave me the phone number of the Okanagan Indian Band, which did not seem too concerned.
Perhaps the questions should be asked; where are these people relieving themselves and washing dishes and themselves, etc..
Between the campers and inconsiderate dog owners, I, for one, will not be swimming anywhere at Kin Beach until these issues have been addressed.
