Re: the MP’s column, congratulations, you have just won the Reefer Madness Award for the best collection of urban legends relating to the use of cannabis.

Honestly, one joint is worse than 20 cigarettes? Where do you get this stuff? Oh yes, I remember, it comes from the offices of holy Harperdom.
