Compassionate care

I am writing to publicly thank the many doctors, nurses, licensed practical nurses, care aids, physiotherapists and occupational therapists for their loving care and efforts to save my husband, Irvine Bailey.

He was hit by a truck while in a crosswalk Nov. 3, 2016. Unfortunately he succumbed to his injuries May 1, 2017.

For the last six months, the caregivers attending him in tower rooms 706 and 721, 2 East ICU, 2 East 220 and 223, and finally on 3 North room 317 gave him the most extraordinary attention and care, and our families are forever grateful. In particular, we’d like to acknowledge Doctors Cunningham and Aucamp. Thank you.
