In her letter, Sigrid-Ann Thors tells us that the cost of doing nothing about the climate will cost billions.

This may or may not be true.

The climate will change whether we jump up and down, run all around or if we sit and be calm knowing that God the creator is in control.

We do know that the cost of climate stupidity is very high.

With the Jasper fire, it was known for several years that there were 154,000 acres of dead pine trees; they were standing kindling.

Instead of ordering a prescribed burn, which had been planned at one point then cancelled by the Liberals, or to log-off the trees potentially to use for lumber, Steven Guilbeault with his communist ideology did nothing, this was climate stupidity.

The toll on people as well as the financial cost of having a third of the town destroyed could have been avoided if Guilbeault had used wisdom and common sense.

Carbon taxes do nothing to alter the climate.

Planting new trees and removing dead ones near populous areas would help Canada prosper.
