I am given to understand that our 140-bed hospital had in excess of 190 inpatients at one point.
So I'm wondering if anyone can help me understand why the top two "patient" floors of the new hospital tower are only being shelled in for future use?
It kind of seems like the anticipated "future need" is here, doesn't it?
