Most of us have dental issues or know someone who is having challenges — whether the difficulties are financial in not being covered by a dental plan or finding access to dental service that fits your life.
I have been self-employed all of my life and not on a dental plan. Now that I am on a fixed income, my challenges are twofold — having some back work to catch up on and very limited funds for even dental maintenance.
My rescue came from Dr. Blair Broaderip and his staff at Abby Dental Care in Vernon. The office would always find an appointment time when required, especially on short notice or emergency.
Dr. Blair would complete what I needed within the best economy, doing what was required and often little touch-ups in the same appointment.
He never once recommended additional work or cosmetics that he knew that I would be conflicted in having done or covering the cost.
I now have a smile, literally and figuratively.
One more challenge that I have, I am in a wheelchair. Dr. Blair and his assistant help me transfer into the dental chair and back safely, swiftly and with smiles.
I am most sincerely thankful.
