Illegal dumping

Seriously folks, piling your garbage on our walking trail when there is a garbage can 30 yards away? It’s hard enough to comprehend that they are paving our wetlands but to see this on the way there is inexcusable.

Over the years, there has been very little littering on this trail other than pet owners not picking up after their pooches. Let’s keep our trails and our city beautiful by everyone doing the small gesture of choosing to be more responsible in recycling and disposing of their garbage.
