Hope the sales prices in that subdivision will reflect the deal the developer got from the City.

Wondering how many other developers would have loved to pick up lots at a price of $ 37,572 per unit if there would have been a proper open marketing done by the City?

They probably would have paid more as I don’t remember when residential land was available last at such a price?
