There is no logical argument against a prison located in Lumby.
It would be the single largest employer for the area, with its employees requiring some kind of extended education.
As for comments regarding Lumby's reputation being tarnished. Are those opposed referring to its reputation of closed wood mills? It is time to think with our brains, and not our emotions. The direct and indirect benefits are too great to pass up.
Plus we are in no position to say no to any employment opportunities.
