Holidays are a time for reflection, unfortunately feeling positive these days is not always easy.
Worldwide, people are killed, injured and displaced because of buildings destroyed.
Here in Vernon we have our own bombsite known as Polson Park, our supposed "Jewel In the Crown."
Just one example of the decline of Vernon thanks to our leaders.
Of course we all are aware of many other reasons for the downfall of this city and the way it has been mismanaged.
Hopefully in the future we are fortunate enough to have a leader that specializes in more than photo op`s.
