Since Vernon is quite often looking for the perfect place to house the farmers' market in a place out of the weather, the old armory building would be the perfect place in my opinion.
The location is perfect because it is right beside a major highway to bring in new customers.
I would think the parking would not be a problem.
This way the farmers' market could run all year round with farm goods in the milder weather, and in the winter, it could be used for crafts or second-hand goods.
Most importantly the building would not be subject to demolition.
