Resident believes information is necessary when considering the decriminalization of marijuana

According to Boyd Goble’s Nov. 8 letter to the editor, one of the purposes of the Sensible B.C. campaign for the decriminalization of marijuana is for the future of our children.

In order to judge whether or not marijuana use by young people is harmful, readers should check the information provided by the following U.S. government sources:

A. Drug Facts: Marijuana National Institute on Drug Abuse.

B. www.ncjrs.gov/ondcppubs/publications.pdf.mj   – rev. pdf from the Office of National Drug Control Policy.
