With speeding in Vernon and surrounding areas, more speeding tickets would be a perfect way to fund policing of speeding. These folks would fund their own deterrent.

I drive slightly over the limit so as not to impede traffic and I regularly get passed by impatient drivers.

With winter driving conditions here, this would be quite timely.
