I want to share my heartfelt gratitude to Vernon Kia for their incredible support and service for my daughter, Lillian Marchand, aka @lillatron, a young athlete and member of the Okanagan Indian Band (OKIB), who recently purchased her very first car from Vernon Kia.
From the initial purchase to maintenance before her journey from Vernon, B.C., Canada, to San Diego, where she relocated to live, study, and train at the prestigious ATOS Jiu-Jitsu club, their customer service was exceptional.
When the car had a turbo issue during her relocation, Vernon Kia stepped up, stepped in, and took care of everything to resolve the problem, even from a distance.
In a world where great customer service can feel rare, Vernon Kia went above and beyond, renewing our faith in what true care for customers looks like.
Their attention and care allowed Lillian to focus on her training instead of worrying about car issues, and thanks to their support, she has recently won the Abu Dhabi World Professional Jiu-Jitsu Championship, becoming a world champion who proudly represents Vernon, B.C., Canada, and OKIB.
As a grateful mom, I want to honour and celebrate them for helping my daughter chase her dreams while they handled the rest.
Grateful mom,
Rachel Marchand
