In honour of World Ice Skating Day, the Armstrong Enderby Skating Club is hosting a free family skate.
The event takes place Sunday, Dec. 3, from 3:30-5:30 p.m. at the Nor-Val Sports Centre in Armstrong.
“The event will begin with a short showcase of skills from our figure skaters, followed by the free skating,” said Heather Mason with the club.
The Armstrong Enderby Club will also host the huge regional skating competition Feb. 9-11 at Nor-Val. This is a large event that will feature upward of 350 skaters from around the Okanagan.
