The Kelowna Heat iced the North Okanagan Kingfishers 4-2 in Novice spring hockey play.

The Kelowna Heat iced the North Okanagan Kingfishers 4-2 in Novice spring hockey exhibition play Sunday at Priest Valley Arena.

JJ Milne from Zach Milne, and Zach Milne from Seth Burton, accounted for the Kingfishers’ offence.

Logan Killingbeck took the loss after taking over from Austin Seibel with the teams scoreless after one period. Seibel played forward the last two periods since the Fishers were short skaters..

Both teams are in the Heat’s tournament this weekend.
