Lincoln Lanes recently hosted its always popular Kids and Coach tournament.
This event features teams made up of a youth bowler from the different age divisions (bantams eight-to-10-years-old), juniors (11-14) and seniors (15-19) and one of Lincoln’s Youth Bowling Council (YBC) coaches competing in a three-game, pins over average tournament.
Coach Peggy Hoggard teamed with Odin Bruchall, Libby Hampshire and Paige Lutes to finish first, 307 pins over their team average.
Carys Reed, Charlee Buckley and Andrew Cail teamed with coach Rod Koenig to place second, 222 pins over average.
The team of Dominique Dufault, Justin Lessard and Mercedes Klim, along with coach Barb Lemay, ended up third, 213 pins over the team average.
Among the tournament highlights was coach Trevor Rachwalski rolling a 304 game.
