Thompson Okanagan hosts Rep soccer weekend

Thompson Okanagan FC hosted 10 B.C. Premier League Soccer tilts last weekend at Marshall Field.

TOFC entertained both Surrey United and Fusion FC. The results are as follows:

Under 13 Boys: tied Surrey 1-1 on Saturday, then drew Fusion 2-2 on Sunday. Vernon’s Maguire Lauridsen plays with TOFC.

U13 girls: defeated Surrey 3-0 on Sunday, finish the season 4-1-1 in second place. Vernon’s Lynley Gordon-Mason, Olivia McLennan and Mira Szudek are on the team.

U14 boys: fell 4-1 on Saturday to Surrey, and 2-0 on Sunday to Fusion. They went 0-6 overall.

U14 girls: bowed 3-1 to Surrey on Sunday, finishing fifth in their division.

U15 boys: iced Surrey 4-3 Saturday to claim second place at 4-1-1. The team features Vernon’s Connor Glennon and Jared Quibell.

U15 girls: lost 4-0 to Surrey on Sunday, and finished fifth.

U17 boys: bowed 3-1 to Surrey, and placed last in their division.

U17 girls: lost 1-0 to Surrey, finishing last in regular-season play.
