Notice is hereby given that City of Vernon Council is considering initial readings of the following Zoning Amendment Bylaw pursuant to the Local Government Act:

The City is reminding residents of changes being implemented regarding floral tributes and other memorial items, in accordance with Cemetery Management Bylaw #5767.

Notice is hereby given that City Council will hold a public hearing to consider representations of interested persons or persons who deem their interest in property affected by the below-mentioned bylaws at 5:30 p.m. on Monday, March 13, 2023 in Council Chambers, 3400 – 30th Street, Vernon, B.C.

Fourth quarter utility bills for 2022 have been mailed. Payment must be received on or before February 17, 2023. Any unpaid balances after the due date will be charged 12 percent interest per annum.
