Vernon Hyundai is raising funds for the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation.

A group of automobile dealers are rallying behind women’s health.

Vernon Hyundai, Kelowna Land Rover, Jaguar and Volvo, and Kelowna Audi are donating to the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation.

“The Okanagan is such a great place because our close-knit community comes together to support such great causes,” said Tanner Caouette, Vernon Hyundai, managing partner.

“We are proud to work with the residents of the Okanagan community to raise awareness and donate to the CBCF.”

The dealerships will donate a portion from every new and used vehicle sale, and host campaigns in the service department to match donations or donate a portion from services completed.

This is the first year the three dealerships, members of the Wyant Group, will be providing this program.

“The Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation has been making a difference in breast cancer research for more than 30 years, and we are honoured to support such a worthwhile organization,” said John Bokitch, managing partner of Kelowna Land Rover, Jaguar, and Volvo.

“Everyone knows someone whose life has been affected by breast cancer, so we know our donation will go a long way towards one day improving the lives of breast cancer patients.”
