A series of free classes centred around holistic health is ready to move participants.

Kinetic Quest and Tidal Elements Healing Arts Studio are bringing back Awareness Through Movement (ATM) classes, a long-time staple of the studio which has been missing for a number of years.

Gratitude ATM sessions take place throughout May and June, with Feldenkrais practitioner Will Cullen of Kinetic Quest.

They are designed to foster a deeper connection with the body and promote holistic well-being using gentle, exploratory practice that invites participants to rediscover their natural movement patterns, improve mobility, and enhance body awareness.

“These sessions offer our community an invaluable opportunity to reconnect with their bodies, alleviate tension, and cultivate a sense of gratitude for the gift of movement,” says Katherine Reiber of Tidal Elements, located in downtown Vernon.

The series kicks off on Thursday, May 9, with sessions scheduled at 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. Additional sessions will take place on May 16, June 6, and June 20, providing multiple opportunities for individuals to experience the benefits of ATM.

Open to participants of all ages and fitness levels, these sessions offer a welcoming environment for those seeking to improve their quality of life through mindful movement practices. Participants are encouraged to RSVP in advance to secure their spot, as space is limited at the Facebook event at https://fb.me/e/3B4KHj7fu or contact Kinetic Quest at info@kineticquest.ca.
