Coldstream isn’t getting in the game.
The district will not be upgrading bocce courts at Sovereign Court to regulation standards for the 2017 55+ B.C. Games.
“We decided we wouldn’t because there weren’t many people involved in bocce and they could cancel it,” said Mayor Jim Garlick.
But the district is looking at what measures may be needed for other potential sites, such as weed control.
