Wendy Lois Joan Smith was born on April 10th, 1926, in Vancouver BC to George and Vera (Warren) Haskins.
Wendy was predeceased by her husband Ken and sons Murray and Neil (presumably), she is survived by her son Fraser.
Wendy completed her studies in Home Economics, graduating from UBC in 1948 and went on to graduate from Vancouver General Hospital in 1949 as a dietician.
She is greatly missed by her loved ones, as they observe the one-year anniversary of her passing on April 3rd.
