Members of Trefoil, the senior branch of the Girl Guides, go on a downtown mural tour as part of the recent Trefoil Rendezvous 2016 Wine and Blooms conference in Vernon. Hosted by the Tillicum Trefoil Guild, 140 members from Vancouver Island, Lower Mainland, Kootenays, Okanagan and as far north as MacKenzie joined local members for a weekend of fun and fellowship. The organizers also donated backpacks, stuffies, toys and art supplies to the Vernon Transition House and the Shuswap SAFE Society as part of this year’s Rendezvous service project.
