A Spallumcheen motor vehicle accident has turned fatal.
A 26-year-old Armstrong woman was driving along Highway 97A, at Pleasant Valley Road, Friday at about 6:05 p.m., when the vehicle turned in front of a semi-truck.
The woman was transported to hospital but she died from her injuries Sunday.
“The investigation is still ongoing,” said Sgt. Kara Triance, with the RCMP.
The name of the victim has not been released by the B.C. Coroners Service.
