The BX-Swan Lake Community Association is preparing for its annual general meeting.
The session starts at 7 p.m. Tuesday at the Atrium Hotel.
“Presentations on the proposed sewer system for the Swan Lake corridor and the installation of neighbourhood fire hydrants are part of this year’s meeting,” said director Terry Slobodin.
“There will also be a presentation by Okanagan College’s Kalamalka Seed Library on seed security and the development of its seed saver library.”
All residents of Areas B and C are invited to attend the meeting.
“It’s an opportunity to meet and speak with your political representatives, Bob Fleming (Area B) and Mike McNabb (Area C), and voice your opinions and concerns about what is happening in your community,” said Slobodin.
“The BX-Swan Lake Community Association is dedicated to promoting and protecting the rural lifestyle of the BX-Swan Lake region.”
