Two Princeton residents who were both in court on Thursday, June 8 for uttering threats had the charges against them stayed.

Heather Henderson was charged with uttering threats and breach of an undertaking. Back in Sept. 2022, Henderson failed to show up for her first appearance and a warrant was issued. At the same time, a warrant was also issued for Joel Kramer, Henderson’s co-accused, charged with uttering threats.

Both agreed to the stay of proceedings and a peace bond under section 810 of the Criminal Code. The bond is for $500 and will last for six months.
