Highway 6 was closed briefly in Lavington Thursday evening.
Downed hydro lines Closed the highway in both directions 15 km west of Lumby at approximately 6 pm, according to witness reports. The highway was reopened around 7/30 pm. A Detour was available via Buchannan Road until the highway was reopened.
