RCMP urge drivers to pay attention in school zones

Motorists have been warned to slow down in school zones.

Vernon North Okanagan RCMP officers are patrolling multiple school zones at this time, the detachment said in a Facebook post.

“For the sake of the children please obey all posted speeds, stay focused on the road and watch for children,” the post reads. “The lighting is getting very dim at this hour.”
