In accordance with Sections 26 and 94 of the Community Charter, notice is hereby given that the Council of the City of Vernon intends to sell lands located at 2901, 2905, 2917 31st Avenue, in Vernon with a legal description of: part of Lot 5, Lots 6-8 and Lots 17-24 Block 60, Section 34, Township 9, Plan 327 and a portion of closed road, all as per the sketch with an area of approximately 32,450 square feet, to The Regional District of North Okanagan, for the purchase price of $75 per square foot, for the use of the Greater Vernon Cultural Centre.
