Notice is hereby given that City of Vernon Council is considering initial readings of the following Zoning Amendment Bylaw pursuant to the Local Government Act:
5311 20th Street Rezoning Amendment Bylaw 5974, 2023
Property Location: 5311 20th Street (see map at right)
Legal Description: LT 1, SEC 11 TWP 8 ODYD PL 14021
Purpose: Bylaw 5974 is to rezone the property from A3: Rural Small Holdings to RH2: Stacked Row Housing Residential to support the construction of a 12 unit development.
Present Zoning: A3: Rural Small Holdings
Proposed Zoning: RH2: Stacked Row Housing Residential
First Reading: Council will consider giving Bylaw 5974 first, second and third readings at the Regular Council meeting scheduled Monday, February 12, 2024 at 1:30 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chamber located at 3400 30th Street, Vernon, BC.
