Anita Fay Lopez (nee Jack) was born in Vernon, BC and passed away peacefully at Crossroads Hospice Society in Port Moody, BC. She will be lovingly remembered by her husband, Danilo her daughter, Natalia, her parents Martina Jack and Ron Mitchell. She was predeceased by her step-father Stuart Charlie. Anita's brothers are Stewart Jack, Chad Leon, Robert Mitchell, and Stan Mitchell. Her sisters are Lil Jack, Amanda Jack, and Shelly Mitchell.
The wake will be held at Terry Jack's residence on Friday, October 5, 2018.
The service will be held on Saturday, October 6, 2018 at 11:00 am at St. Theresa's Church with burial to follow at the Jack family cemetery.
