Born August 5, 1922, in Glen Eden. Passed away May 29, 2018, in Gateby.
Arvo was an avid golfer, extremely gifted musician sharing his love of the piano and accordion with many friends. Arvo was active in barber shop singings and toastmasters.
Favourite family memories include boating, RV trips and his garden.
He is survived by his wife Simone, son Kenny, Paul (Aurlie), Gagnon, Elaine (Clarence) Weins, David (Vanessa) Gagnon, Mark (Stefanie) Gagnon and great grandsons Darryl Gagnon and Caig Gagnon.
He is predeceased by daughter Doris, Three brothers and 2 sisters.
A service will be held August 5th 1:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. at Schubert Centre. Expressions of sympathy can be made to the Alzheimers Society of B.C. Vet.
