In Loving Memory ~

Barbara Wilson suddenly passed away on January 22nd, 2024 a few days after being released from hospital where she was being treated for a broken ankle. Her loss is completely unexpected.

Barbara was born on April 2, 1951 to Jacob & Angela Friesen. She was one of four children. Barb is survived by her husband Dennis and one son Bradley along with 5 grandchildren. Barbara was predeceased by one son, Paul, in 2017.

Barbara married Dennis Wilson on November 19th, 1970. It was there that she and Dennis began to build a life and family together. Barbara was an exemplary mother and human being.

She had kept herself busy doing a variety of things but her favorite was probably baking and selling her famous muffins at the farmers markets where she could visit with her numerous customers. She had immense passion for her family and her unconditional love for her dogs.

Her departure was gravely felt by her entire family and countless others who loved her greatly. The family deeply appreciates your support during this difficult time.

A "Celebration of Life" in Barbara's honour will be held at the new Coldstream Community Hall on Kalamalka Rd. on April 3rd, 2024 from 12 to 5.
